The challenge
The programme required specialist capability across business analysis, solution design, testing, and user experience design for the first phase of a significant platform transformation. This was the design and analysis phase - understanding requirements, mapping processes, and shaping the solution architecture before build commenced.
What we did
Digital Experience Labs deployed an augmented team into the programme, providing specialist resources across four disciplines: business analysis (requirements gathering, process mapping, and domain analysis), solution design (contributing to the technical and functional design), testing (test strategy and quality assurance planning), and user experience design (contributing to the UX approach for the new platform).
This was a capability augmentation engagement. Digital Experience Labs provided the specialist skills the programme needed for its design and analysis phase, working within the client's programme structure and governance.
