The challenge
The organisation had real challenges in two areas: servicing the needs of their investors and attracting the attention of startups they could fund. Their operational systems and workflows had grown organically and weren't keeping pace with the demands of the business. They needed someone to look across all of their systems and map out a path to operating more efficiently.
What we did
Digital Experience Labs was brought in to examine the full operational landscape. We mapped existing systems, workflows, and processes across the organisation's operations. We identified inefficiencies and friction points in how they serviced investors and engaged with the startup ecosystem. We defined a path for how the organisation could operate more efficiently, based on a clear understanding of what they had and where the gaps were.
