Agent orchestration
Multiple AI agents working in concert. Each agent configured with its own behaviour, knowledge, and authorisation. The orchestration layer coordinates them - which agent handles which part of a request, when to escalate to a human, how context follows the customer across agents. This is where most "AI platforms" end and dedicated tooling begins. Algho has the orchestration native to the platform, not an integration challenge. New agents can be added through configuration, not engineering.
Conversational AI core
Language understanding and generation across the channels customers actually use - web, voice, kiosk, avatar / digital human, mobile, in-venue. The conversation feels coherent across channels because the platform maintains context. Languages include the major European and Asian languages with native support, and the architecture supports lower-resource and assistive interaction modes including sign language through the LIS variant. The conversational layer is not a chatbot; it is the universal interface to the agents underneath.
Workflow automation
Agents trigger workflows and act on systems, not just respond conversationally. The customer asks for a status change; the agent updates the policy admin system. The citizen requests a service; the agent checks eligibility and initiates the application. The staff member asks for the document; the agent retrieves it from the system and contextualises it. Workflow integration uses n8n as the connective tissue or direct connectors where they exist. The conversational layer becomes operational, not advisory.
Phygital experience layer
The physical and digital convergence inside the platform, not bolted on. Kiosks running Algho in retail and government. Avatars and digital humans in hospitality and public service. Sign language AI (Algho LIS) for genuinely accessible service. AI Totem in venue contexts. The phygital layer uses the same agents as the digital channels - one configuration, multiple physical manifestations. The customer hits the kiosk and the website with with continuity carried between them.
