REnderia
Visualise it before it is built.
Pre-sales visualisation for off-the-plan property and interior configuration is expensive, slow, and inconsistent. The 3D rendering studios doing the work are skilled, but each render is bespoke, each revision is a day, and each new property is a project. REnderia inverts the model.
AI-driven furniture positioning. Generative environment configuration. End-to-end workflow that puts the buyer or agent in control of the visualisation rather than waiting for it. The output is interactive, configurable in real time, and runs in the browser, and looks its best on a headset or high-end GPU. The only Vection product with no direct APAC equivalent.
The problem with 3D today
The rendering studio is the bottleneck
Most developers and PropTech operators get their visualisation work done by a 3D rendering studio. The studio is skilled. The output is high quality. But the model is broken in three ways that have nothing to do with the quality of any individual render.
01. Lead time
Each render takes days. Each revision is a separate task. Marketing schedules and sales conversations have to plan around the studio's capacity, not the customer's interest.
02. Cost per asset
Bespoke renders are expensive per unit. Volume drives the bill up linearly. The developer working with multiple property types, multiple finishes, multiple configurations pays for every combination.
03. Customer experience inconsistency
The buyer's experience depends on which renders were commissioned. Some buyers see five views; some see one. The agent showing the property has different material for different units in the same development.
REnderia removes the bottleneck without removing the quality. AI generates the spatial reasoning. The platform renders interactively. The asset library carries the developer's brand. The result is consistent across the sales force and configurable by the buyer.
Outcomes a team can own
What you get when REnderia is deployed
Visualisation moves from a project line item to a configurable capability. The whole sales and marketing operation gets the same upgrade at once.
Buyers visualise their future home in minutes
Off-the-plan buyers see their future property with customised furniture, fittings, and finishes within minutes of engagement. No waiting for the studio. No "I will come back to you on that."
The sales force has one consistent tool
Agents presenting any property in the development have a branded visualisation tool that does not require a 3D specialist. The buyer experience is consistent across the team and across the portfolio.
Marketing produces assets at market speed
Visualisation assets - renders, walkthroughs, configurators - produced at the speed of marketing, not the speed of the 3D studio. The marketing team controls the output.
One source of truth, many output formats
VR walkthroughs, 2D marketing renders, interactive customer experiences all run from one source model. Update once; output everywhere.
Architecture
Where REnderia sits
REnderia is adjacent to the PropTech stack, not embedded inside it. Designed to integrate with CRM and sales platforms for lead capture and project management. The architecture has four layers, each doing the work it is best at.
Capabilities
What is inside
Spatial AI engine
Automated furniture positioning based on spatial reasoning, not random placement. The AI understands what fits, what conflicts, what works for the space. Generative environment configuration produces room layouts that look composed rather than assembled. The buyer can override any decision; the system learns from preferences across the development. This is where REnderia separates from template-driven configurators that produce results that look like template output.
Interactive rendering layer
Real-time 3D for browser, mobile, and VR headset. The same model serves every output format. Performance optimised for consumer hardware - the buyer does not need a gaming rig to see the property; the agent on a mid-range laptop does not see without the setup a developer in head office would have. The interactivity is part of the sales conversation, not a separate "VR experience" the buyer has to schedule.
Asset management
Furniture, finish, and fitting libraries that can be branded and customised per developer or project. The developer's own product range becomes the buyer's configuration palette. New product launches do not require new platform builds; they require new catalogue entries. The asset library is the developer's, not the rendering studio's, which means the visualisation reflects the actual portfolio rather than generic stock.
Workflow tools
Agent-facing tools for in-conversation visualisation. Customer-facing configurators for self-service exploration. Marketing-facing render generation for asset production at scale. Three audiences, three workflows, one platform. The agent and the marketer and the buyer all work on the same model rather than three disconnected versions of it.
See it in action
REnderia is built to be seen.
Most product pages describe capability in prose because the underlying work is too abstract to demonstrate. REnderia is the exception. Spatial AI, generative environments, interactive rendering - all of it is visual.
The published Vection demos walk through the workflow end to end. Talk to us about a walkthrough specific to your development context, or watch the existing content to see the platform in motion.
