Extended reality for the work done with your hands.
Platforms in this group

3DFrame
XR training and AR maintenance, built on no-code authoring so the people who know the work produce the content. Hardware-agnostic across consumer and enterprise headsets, AR glasses, mobile, and desktop. This is the authoring and training platform.

enWORKS
The XR platform for field operators. Hands-free AR guidance at the point of work, maintenance, troubleshooting, assembly, changeover, and inspection, with live remote expert assistance, AI-generated procedures, and full functionality offline. This is the platform for doing the work, not just learning it.

XR Logistics
AR for the warehouse. Pick-to-light and put-to-light guidance in the operator's field of view, integrated with your warehouse management system, cutting picking and placement errors and bringing new starters up to speed faster.
CareAR
AR-guided service and support from the Xerox technology portfolio. Joins the group as the partnership matures, extending XR from training and maintenance into live, remote-assisted field service.
Guidance at the point of work. Knowledge that does not retire.
Author once, deliver anywhere. No-code authoring puts content production with the people who know the job, and it runs on whatever hardware the team already uses. Content is what stalls XR programmes, so content is what we make easy.
Hands-free at the point of work. Procedures, safety steps, and live equipment data in the operator's field of view, on the machine in front of them, not in a manual across the room.
Bring the expert in remotely. A field operator shares their view with a specialist who guides them live, cutting travel, downtime, and repeat visits.
Capture what walks out at retirement. The senior operator's method becomes a procedure the next starter can follow. The knowledge stays in the business instead of leaving with the person.
Works where the work is. Offline-capable for plants, depots, and sites with no reliable connectivity.
Where this has shipped.
Operator and clinician training on 3DFrame across European manufacturers and a hospital group: rail (Trenitalia), access systems, a leading Italian pneumatics and automation manufacturer, a leading Italian hydraulics manufacturer, an Italian single-dose packaging innovator, and a major Italian food and CPG manufacturer. Clinical procedure and anatomy training at Humanitas.
These are European deployments of the platforms. Digital Experience Labs brings them to ANZ.
The outcome it carries
This group powers our Immersive capability: keeping operational knowledge in the business as experienced people retire.
See Immersive →Where it fits
Strongest in industrial and manufacturing, transport and logistics, and healthcare, where procedural knowledge is hard-won and easily lost.
See Industries →Questions we get asked
Do we need headsets?
No. It is hardware-agnostic: headsets, AR glasses, tablets, or desktop, the same content across all of them.
Why do XR programmes stall?
Content, not hardware. Building the training and procedures is the bottleneck. No-code authoring is why these do not stall.
Can it work offline?
Yes. enWORKS keeps full functionality without network connectivity, for plants and sites with limited bandwidth.
How is XR Logistics different from enWORKS?
XR Logistics is warehouse-specific: pick and put to light, integrated with your WMS. enWORKS is field operations and maintenance: troubleshooting, assembly, inspection, and remote assistance.
What is CareAR?
A Xerox AR platform for remote-assisted field service, joining the group as the partnership matures.
