A decade of decisioning and process automation, delivered and running in our home market. Fidelity Life, premium calculation and validation across four distribution channels. Integrity Life, a rules and decisioning engagement for an Australian life insurer. Solvar, a shared rule platform across a multi-brand non-bank lender. Solution Underwriting (now CFC) and Envest, externalised rating and full-lifecycle automation for specialty underwriting. Incitec Pivot, auditable fertiliser-recommendation rules at industrial volume.
And the regulated work we deliver under anonymity: a state regulator (lodgement validation at scheme scale), a state government department (training contract management), a global reinsurer, an investment fund, an Australian life insurance startup, and a household-name not-for-profit.

Which platform is right for us?
It depends on the job. Decisions for governed, deterministic rules; Workato for orchestration across a large enterprise estate; n8n for flexible, sovereign builds. We help you choose, and we are not tied to one answer.
Are you locked into one vendor?
We are the master reseller for Decisions in ANZ, a certified Workato partner, and we build on n8n. The discipline matters more than the tool, so we recommend the one that fits, or call it out if none of them do.
Can business users change the rules without breaking things?
Yes, with governance: test environments, change review, rollback. Business owns the rule content, governance owns the change process, engineering owns the platform.
How is this different from RPA?
RPA automates the clicks. This automates the decision and the process around it. An army of bots automating an inefficient process just makes you inefficient faster.
Can we keep our data on-premise or sovereign?
Yes, depending on the platform. Decisions scales on your own infrastructure, n8n self-hosts or runs air-gapped, and Workato offers Australian data residency.
When should we use Algho instead?
