In our deployments, Decisions is the decisioning core. Algho sits in front of it where AI-assisted interaction is needed. n8n sits beside it for orchestration between systems. The combination is the architecture behind much of our delivery.

What is inside
Four capabilities that together make Decisions an enterprise platform rather than a single-purpose tool. Each one is no-code by default; each one extends with developer-grade flexibility when the work requires it.
Rules engine
Statement rules, decision tables, decision trees, multi-layered rule libraries, dynamic rule sets. From a single eligibility check to thousands of pricing variants, the engine handles it. Rules are owned by the business team that wrote them, version-controlled inside the platform, audit-tracked at every change. Complex inheritance, dependencies, and rule reuse are first-class concepts, not workarounds. This is what runs Fidelity Life premium calculation across four distribution channels and what validates millions of lodgements for a state regulator.
Workflow automation
From simple approval chains and task management to enterprise-scale business applications and dynamic data-driven processes. Workflows are visual, configurable, and run on the same platform as the rules they execute. Multi-step orchestration, parallel branches, human-in-the-loop tasks, escalations and SLAs all built in. This is what runs the policy lifecycle for Solution Underwriting (now CFC) end-to-end, and the multi-channel loan application process at Solvar.
Native portal experience
Dashboards, forms, and reports built in the platform - no separate front-end framework required. The same team configuring the rules can deliver the user experience that exposes them. For internal operations users this is the workbench. For external users, customer-facing portals can be assembled on the same platform. Production-grade UX without standing up a separate front-end build.
Integration & APIs
Decisions reads from and writes to existing operational systems through native API integration and a wide range of database connectors - all without writing custom integration code. Workflows and rules expose themselves as secure APIs with a single click, letting upstream channels and applications call decisioning the same way they would call any other service. This is the integration layer behind the externalised rating engines we built for Envest across Club 4x4 and KT Insurance, with Entsia policy admin running underneath unchanged.
